Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to TicketWale Staff, published by TicketWale.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

TicketWale Staff has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, activity, or use of TicketWale Staff that involves or facilitates the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of children.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Sexualization of minors.

• Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors.

• Sexual solicitation or exploitation of children.

• Sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting CSAM.

• Using TicketWale Staff to facilitate the abuse or exploitation of children.

• Any other activity that sexually exploits or endangers children.

Definition of CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes any sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexually exploitative conduct involving children or minors.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) includes material that depicts or represents child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.

TicketWale Staff strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, distribution, solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of CSAE or CSAM.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

TicketWale Staff provides an in-app mechanism for users to report child-safety concerns.

If you become aware of any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation on TicketWale Staff, please report it immediately through the available in-app reporting mechanism or contact our Child Safety Team.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant content, activity, or account. Do not send or redistribute illegal content.

Enforcement

TicketWale may investigate reports of suspected child-safety violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, and reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

We cooperate with relevant authorities and organizations in addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation.

TicketWale is committed to maintaining a safe environment and preventing the use of TicketWale Staff for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

These standards apply globally to users of TicketWale Staff.
